At Playzo, we work hard to make sure your orders are delivered quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for important details.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Orders
Processing Time: 30–40 Business Days
Shipping Time: 40–55 Business Days
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.
Damages & Lost Packages
Playzo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
